friendly staff

Family with kids delight

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way for us,, even packing us a to-go breakfast for our early departure. We really enjoyed the vast views from our room and the shower crisis was handled excellently. They let us use another room's bathroom to make sure we had hot water.

It wasn’t the cheapest place around, but considering the service and the amenities,, it felt acceptable.

lekker times in Carnoustie! 🌊

Wow, the staff really went out of their way for us! They packed a to-go brekkie just for our early departure. Plus, we had hot showers in a pinch thanks to the maintenance crew. Super impressed!

Could really do with some better stock management at the bar, ran out of a few standard beers.

we had a really lovely stay at aboukir during our time in carnoustie. the accommodation was spacious and immaculate, giving us stunning views and a delightful breakfast experience. the staff were amazing, especially a young waiter named mark who made our time extra special.

the bar ran out of a few beers.

Carnoustie is a gem for golf lovers! The kids and I enjoyed exploring the stunning beaches nearby, and having our dog with us made it even better. The views from our room were spectacular, making it an unforgettable family getaway.

Spacious and immaculate accommodations with a stunning view certainly enhanced the experience, complemented by a powerfully refreshing shower and generous towel supply. The food was a delightful highlight, featuring freshly made local sweets and robust lunch and dinner options. there were noticeable delays in service during peak times and some limitations regarding stock at the bar, affecting the overall convenience.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom and shower. I appreciated the desk and electric kettle. The TV was nice too. Spa facilities were relaxing after a long day. I had everything I needed with a hairdryer and ironing facilities. A pleasant stay overall.
